From this meeting, he will offer a recommendation and following his advice, if you decide to continue, he will complete and submit an application, liaising with the mortgage provider and solicitors on your behalf throughout, until your application proceeds to offer.  There is no charge to you, his client, for this service; Spot On Mortgages receives a fee by way of a commission from the lender.
